Our Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) Machine uses electronic 3-D files to create parts from ABS plastic.

Using this FDM technology, USM can build a detailed part using the customer’s files or if a 3-D computer model does not exist, USM can model a part for the customer. The finished parts can be used as is when they come off the machine or USM can finish them in a variety of finishes including painting and chrome coating.
